OQ SHOES AND CLAUDIA BAHAMON JOIN ECOPAZIFICO RECYCLING SYSTEM

The Colombian Company OQ Shoes got together with the Colombian celebrity Claudia Bahamon to create a shoe and bag line inspired in the Pacific coast of Colombia. With the funds they look to contribute to one of the 29 remaingin recycling stations that we need to complete the Ecological Trail. This really means a lot to us; to see that such cool celebrities, and companies, understand our cause and are ready to take action!

The week before the ICC 18 (International Coastal Cleanup, September 18), OQ shoes, Claudia Bahamon and Ecopazifico’s crew, visited the majestic region of Bahía Malaga to document, the beautiful paradise , the devastating plastic pollution along the coast, and what Ecopazifico is doing about this issue. It was an incredible expedition where we got to see whales and spend the day surrounded by people that love the Ocean and are willing to do as much as possible to protect it.

The LINE was launched in October at the beautiful LOCAL BY RAUSH, owned by famous cheff RAUSH, and claudia’s collegue. Press from all over Colombia came to this breakfast event even the mother of the president was there to acquire one of the new pieces of this beautiful collection!
